Room Guaranty

I was reviewing our reservation for FOS and saw they had a room guaranty. Would save us $792 if i reserved it. We cancelled our reservation, took the room guaranty, Royal just emailed me, Our new room is right next to the one we originally had. So, I saved $792, The premium drink package will be on Royal this cruise. Who Hoo!!

Assuming you're in the US, you now have the option to switch to any other cabin in the same category as the one to which you were assigned if you find that there's a better location for you. The only restriction is that the new cabin must be the same category as the one you have now.

Sounds like our experience. We saved $690 by doing the interior guarantee as opposed to the pick your cabin for our FOS cruise in February. A couple of days later I got the room assignment (Deck 2). I called this morning and changed to the room we originally wanted on Deck 7! :D
