Meaning that if you paid $300 plus tax and grats, grats added in are $54. Divide that by, say, 7 dinners and 3 lunches, and that equals $5.40 per meal, which is divided by that restaurant matre d, waiter staff. Up to you, but we always tip extra. Waiter gets to keep cash tips.

Just Back from Oasis - Ask me anything!

Did you try the BBQ venue? Do they have different sauces? -
Is that for the 3 night package? Yes, that would be a nice price.

Izumi hibachi with 3-night dining package

How awful, sorry to hear. I would feel the same if that happened to me. We always eat 2-3 times if Hibachi is available but have not been on Icon. -

$15 per person upcharge for Hibachi. Well worth it in our opinion. -

Can anyone report on the cauliflower steacj? I am not vegan/vegetarian but curious if I should try it? -
Grata are always added. This is a really smart use of your coupons for a group. Always specify that you are utilizing your coupons when ordering. Also, ships often run out of certain specific better bargain wines, so be flexible or purchase early in the week for later. A $50 bottle of wine would be $30 plus $5.40 gratuity. Also remember that each adult can carry on one bottle of wine per cruise when boarding.

If you made a recent online payment—check
Sianli replied to Sianli's topic in Royal Caribbean International
I also wondered about that. $700 was the balance due on each trip. They have both cleared now. I need to pay them each off next week, so can’t rely on waiting for the refunds, This time I will pay over the phone. Paying online has always worked in the past, and is one of the reasons I have preferred to book direct. -
If you made a recent online payment—check

Unfortunately That was who I called. -
The other day I saw someone posting about a glitch they had in paying making an online payment. I had made payments earlier that day, and when I made the payment, they did show paid in full so I thought I was fine. Now I look and I see a balance due on both of the cruises I made final payments on. I then looked at a emailed receipt I had received yesterday for my next cruise. I am on in about 10 days and it shows a $1400 overpayment. I tried emailing and then calling in and when I talk to someone she just kept saying payment hasn’t show is showing but hasn’t cleared so I have to wait until the payment clears and call them back and get a refund. I have never had to deal with getting a refund, so not sure what that entails but is very aggravating. The $1400 was for final payments which are also due next week. I told her I had seen that someone else mentioned having a problem and she said no there’s no problem you entered the wrong cruises numbers. I always book myself online or on board always pay online , there’s only one way to do it you pull up your cruise and you make the payment and it either lets you choose an amount or pay in full which is what I always do and did on these two cruises. So aggravating. Does anyone know if there is a department I should be asking for see if I can get this transferred to the correct cruises? When I asked her, she said we have no department like that. I used my BOA RCCL credit card. Should I call them? The agent says that that will not help. On BOA app it does 2 $700 payments as “pending” which also seems odd after 3 days. If you made a recent payment you should double check today!

Usually that is ok. If you have no issues causing delays, changes, weather etc that is fine. I like to buy from the airline so that I can deal directly with them, not have to call the travel company.

I search on Skiplagged but I always buy directly from the airline

New Galveston Terminal - walk?
Sianli replied to Turtlelove17's topic in Royal Caribbean International
Stayed downtown twice last summer and walked both times. There are Definately sidewalks. A few rough surfaces and very hot. We are 64 and 71 years but don’t pack heavy. -
Question about turn around day of a b2b cruise
Sianli replied to screenname2004's topic in Royal Caribbean International
Usually we have had to get off but once in PR 2022 we were given our new cards on board.and only had to swipe without exiting to the terminal. I don’t think we always got a b2b lunch either although we have chosen to skip in order to go to port -
Johnny Rockets had shakes and malts. Not sure on your reservations. I try to book myself pre cruise and don’t have suite priveledges but there will be some slots reserved for suites and others to book on board.

Galveston Embarkation and Terminal
Sianli replied to slyster's topic in Royal Caribbean International
I am not sure who you are booked with but unless you got a super deal why go so early? Is your ride from an airport? We just made the trip from Hobby to downtown Galveston and from Allure to Hobby. Lyft was $62 down and $68 back for 2 of us not pre booked. -

I am trying to remember what is the timeframe that you can change a cruise you booked on board without losing any money? One or two months? -
