Can I "swim" on The Sun

I'd like to be able to swim in the pool for exercise while on The Sun. How deep is the pool? Is there enough room for me to do bicycle movements with legs and move arms around? Is the pool usually crowded during the day? Thanks.

The SUN has 2 pools and one is deep enough. In fact the SUN is the best ship for using the pools for swimming...they are the old fashioned kind, square and deep.

Ah of course totally missed the humour, very funny. I am learning as I didn't realize to correct someone from a square to a rectangle was amusing until I thought about it further.

On Sea days, the pools are quite busy but if you were to go in the early morning you should be fine. On port days, lots of room in them.

crowded sea days like everyone has said. What cruise ship pools are not crowded on sea days? If you work out early you would be fine; just got off the Sun, the pools are small but deep enough for lap swimming or whatever...
