Casey12 Posted January 1, 2014 #26 Share Posted January 1, 2014 It is odd when people give suggestions that do not apply to the original poster's question. On the Ocean Princess --- there is no anytime dining or tables for 2. It helps if people read what others post before they suggest something that is not possible
Seafoam Green Posted January 1, 2014 #27 Share Posted January 1, 2014 Last year, we sailed on the Pacific Princess, sister of the Ocean. We had second seating, and were assigned to a table for six. There was only one other couple assigned to the table, so we ended up being a compatible table for 4 for the duration of the cruise. The diningroom on the Pacific did have a few tables for 2 on the outer perimeter of the room. I think 6 is the optimum number for seating - enough people for interesting chat, but not too many so that you miss out on any conversation. caribill Posted January 2, 2014 #28 Share Posted January 2, 2014 This is not a choice of theirs. ....Table of 2 is also not a choice. It is odd when people give suggestions that do not apply to the original poster's question. On the Ocean Princess --- there is no anytime dining or tables for 2. There are a number of tables for two on the Oceran Princess a) A couple are really off by themselves b) A few are not very close to bigger tables c) A number of them are only inches away from a larger table. My comment was "2" was not a choice for the OP to select. They stated their choices were 6, 8 and 10 when they went to book.
