Getting to Elbow Beach?

We are cruising on explorer of the Seas on August 14. Friends want to go to Elbow Beach but I don' t see it as a shore excursion, am I missing it?

When you exit the terminal there is a counter to the right that sells transportation passes and will give you a bus/ferry schedule. The passes are quite reasonable but you can grab a taxi at the pier as well.

To get to Elbow beach you can take the Ferry to Hamilton and then a bus to the beach or take a bus from the dockyard that stops there. I think it is Bus # 7.

 

We bought a 3 day transportation pass that gave unlimited bus and ferry rides.

There is no need to do an excursion. As someone else mentioned get a bus/ferry pass and explore the island on your own. The transportation system is excellent. Bermuda is clean and safe. The locals are very friendly and helpful. Google Bermuda tourism. You'll find plenty of information on Bermuda.
