Diamond Plus Gifts

My DH and myself just become Diamond Plus. Do we both get to pick two gifts?Thinking of wine, does that mean we each get a bottle. Also for the towel it is one to a stateroom, if we select that can we still get one bottle of wine and the towel?

The rules are one gift per household. You will get two sodas or two small bottles of water but the extra gift for Diamond Plus is one per household.

 

My daughter and I always cruise together and are both Diamond Plus. We do not live in the same household, we live at seperate addresses which they know. But they still will only give us one gift which I think is wrong since even though we are related we do not live together.

On last cruise the D+ two bottles of wine (per stateroom) were most disappointing because each being a small bottle giving just enough for a okay glass. Consider the beach towel of one per stateroom or another item. After all you have the CL for lunch and evening.

You must be referring to the small bottles of wine that you can select as your beverage that will arrive with your Welcome Aboard Basket.

 

As a D+ Member you do get to select one "special"amenity from your Gift Preference List which can include a regular sized bottle of wine.

When and where do you receive this list of gifts? Dh and I were on the Hawaii cruise and didn't receive any special gift, we've been Dt for 2years now

you have to go to RCI's website, log into the C & A section and under member benefits there's a link called gift preferences. You have to indicate what you would like. Any changes to your preference within 10 days of your cruise may not make it to the ship.

The D+ amenity is a regular size bottle of wine. The welcome aboard beverage is a small bottle of wine.

You can also call the C&A desk and request your gift... They will answer the question about the one or two gifts... We always have a bottle of wine delivered to the dinner table. I have a cabinet full of RCI Beach towels... the gift prior to being able to select a gift. Just call 800-526-9723 and press 9... you'll be directed to a Diamond Plus specialist! Enjoy!!
