CHOPPERTESTER Posted January 12, 2014 #1 Share Posted January 12, 2014 Noordam transatlantic in March. Transfer from the port of Cadiz. Has anyone done this transfer? Where does the bus drop you off? Within walking distance to the Alcazar?
LondonTowner Posted January 12, 2014 #2 Share Posted January 12, 2014 I don't know where your bus will drop you off, but the centre of Seville is compact and much of it pedestrianized. Therefore, is very easy to do on your own. If you want to visit the Real Alcazar, it is just behind the Cathedral. It is well worth a visit and has beautiful gardens. In the same area are lots of tapas bars and also the lovely streets of the Barrio Santa Cruz. Only a short walk away is the commercial area with lots of shops like the Calle Sierpes. pris993 Posted January 14, 2014 #3 Share Posted January 14, 2014 We did this several years ago, bus stopped within walking distance of the historic city center. As another respondered indicated the area is compact and easy to do on your own.
