Welcome to "wave season". This is the time of year when most people book their cruise vacations so the cruise lines capitalize by increasing prices.

 

Our upcoming summer cruise that we booked several months ago has also almost doubled in price. It's ridiculous. We would've NEVER booked this cruise at the current prices, but I'm sure there are some fools out there who will pay thinking that they are getting a great deal because of the "wave season sales" advertisements. :rolleyes:.

It must just be certain ones. My cruise on the Dream in May is still the same price it has been for the last few weeks.

Ours in July on the Liberty only went up $30.00. We have been watching the prices steadily climb on the Freedom for March though.
