Anyone with very recent tips for buying cartons in St Thomas? Where? How much? Still 5 ctns/person?

We stopped there in September 2013 - yes still 5 cartons per family, $129 or so - honestly I don't remember where in Downtown Charlotte Amalie we bought them but they were the same price in all the stores in Downtown Charlotte Amalie

Right, I meant sailing from Texas you now have to pay tax on duty free cigarettes and liquor.

I don't believe there are any cruises to St Thomas out of Texas.

We don't smoke but I remember reading cigarettes are priced well at KMart near Havensight. :)
