cruizinisthebest Posted January 15, 2014 #3 Share Posted January 15, 2014 (edited) YOu can bring soda/soft drinks onboard. Water too. I believe a 6 or 12-pack per passenger. You can also bring a bottle of wine per adult over 21 onboard. That's it. You can order liquor from Bon Voyage services, but IMO that stuff is expensive. FlaBubba Posted January 15, 2014 #4 Share Posted January 15, 2014 You are allowed to bring soda or water on board. There is a limit of two bottles of wine. No hard liquor. But you can preorder it from the Bon-voyage dept and it will be in your room upon arrival. I have been told you can order it delivered to your cabin from room service. We most often get ours from Bon-voyage. Hope this helps. Enjoy your cruise.

n6uqqq Posted January 15, 2014 #6 Share Posted January 15, 2014 (edited) The rules as listed by Carnival are one bottle of 750ml wine per adult 21 and over. For soda you are allowed up to twelve 20 ounce bottles per person. Edited January 15, 2014 by n6uqqq
JMAE Posted January 15, 2014 #7 Share Posted January 15, 2014 At the beginning of the cruise during embarkation day, guests 21 years of age and older may bring on board one bottle (750ml) of wine or champagne, per person, only in their carry-on luggage. A $10 corkage fee per bottle will be charged should you wish to consume this wine in the main dining room; $14 corkage fee per bottle in the steakhouse. For non-alcoholic beverages 12 per person, sealed, unopened bottles/cans.
paulwil244 Posted January 15, 2014 Author #8 Share Posted January 15, 2014 Thanks everyone, that seems pretty clear. Do like our coffee, is it pretty drinkable on the Dream, anyone know pls? Or do they do a speciality coffee card scheme that saves a little?
BenjiRodney Posted January 15, 2014 #9 Share Posted January 15, 2014 I have never had a problem bringing more soda on in the ports of call, or in San Juan bring some on, get back off the ship walk up to CVS and bring more back on with you. Capette Posted January 17, 2014 #10 Share Posted January 17, 2014 Hi Paul We are both coffee lovers. I like a light to medium roast and he likes medium to dark. He can drink Starbucks black...I cannot lol. I find the coffee on the Lido passable but I also like lots of milk or cream and no sugar. He hates the coffee on the Lido. The coffee in the dining room at dinner is somehow different. I don't know if it is because of the wonderful dinners but it just tastes better. We always have coffee after dinner. The 'for a price' coffee at the specialty shops is also very good. Try the Caribbean coffee...it has a kick to it but it is delicious. Coffee is my favourite food group.
