js4rq Posted January 15, 2014 #1 Share Posted January 15, 2014 Hi, I read there is a room service fee for orders made between midnight to 5am, is that correct or is there any sort of fee outside that timeframe?? Thank you :D
anandaindonesia Posted January 15, 2014 #2 Share Posted January 15, 2014 Correct. There is a surcharge for room service between midnight and 5am. Outside that time frame, no fee. However, tip (at your discretion) is always welcome ;) Enjiy your cruise.

However, tip (at your discretion) is always welcome ;) Enjiy your cruise. No charge outside that time frame unless you order a whole pizza. I believe the $5 charge applies anytime. BBT Posted January 15, 2014 #6 Share Posted January 15, 2014 Not worth the $5 unless you are REALLY craving pizza at 2am.
Demonyte Posted January 15, 2014 #7 Share Posted January 15, 2014 Not worth the $5 unless you are REALLY craving pizza at 2am. I disagree. While the pizza is nothing special, it's easily worth $5 for us anytime.
johnql Posted January 15, 2014 #8 Share Posted January 15, 2014 I disagree. While the pizza is nothing special, it's easily worth $5 for us anytime. I agree. I thought it was large, hot and tasty. And the pizza can be delivered anywhere on the ship, not just your cabin.
jdvmd Posted January 16, 2014 #9 Share Posted January 16, 2014 Completely disagree. Well worth the charge. $5 for a 16-inch pizza. The choices are cheese, pepperoni and a vegetarian option. However, we ordered a pepperoni and sausage pizza with mushrooms added on one half. Others have reported that they were able to personalize as well. The pizza was just fine and served its purpose as a late-time snack. The toppings were generous and we (family of three) were only able to finish about half of it among the three of us. Delivered hot. You can also have it delivered anywhere on the ship. I have seen it delivered pool side. I have heard of CC Meet and Greet's where they ordered in pizza and had beer and a game of bowling. Love that idea!
Nan-L Posted January 16, 2014 #10 Share Posted January 16, 2014 so what is the charge after 12?
jdvmd Posted January 16, 2014 #11 Share Posted January 16, 2014 so what is the charge after 12? Believe it is $3.95.

johnsak123 Posted January 16, 2014 #13 Share Posted January 16, 2014 I thought the pizza at the buffet was better than the one delivered Definitely worth the 5 bucks though
BBT Posted January 16, 2014 #14 Share Posted January 16, 2014 Guess I just have higher expectations for pizza. As long as you're happy & satisfied by it is all that matters. :)
lovetrauma Posted January 16, 2014 #15 Share Posted January 16, 2014 Not sure if it is true but I heard if you order room service after midnight and you are in a Suite it is Free if the night Butler is used. Does anyone know if this is true?
don't-use-real-name Posted January 16, 2014 #16 Share Posted January 16, 2014 I thought the pizza at the buffet was better than the one deliveredDefinitely worth the 5 bucks though I would disagree - a WHOLE HOT pizza is better anywhere than some questionable partial slices left out on the buffet counter for who knows how long. But then you could ask for a whole pizza at the buffet to take it anywhere except to the Main Dinning Room or Specialty Restaurant. And $5 for a whole pizza now that's great and worth it. Add a couple buckets of beer and its party 'BIG' time !

Does anyone know if this is true? At least officially there are no exceptions for the room service fee. Don't know about reality though.
