TeaBag Posted January 18, 2014 #54 Share Posted January 18, 2014 What I don't eat at home? I order any of the lamb dishes, usually excellent, the escargots, always a special latte w a croissant. For breakfast, it's a smoothie off the SR menu or at the Aqua Cafe. And wine every night! Love the Bistro on 5. It's $5pp for anything on the menu and love the panini's and the cowboy crepes. I could just keep listing.... Here are the dinings I make: early breakfast Lite Breakfast in our SR Regular breakfast Brunch Lunch Dunch (a snack between lunch and dinner but closer to lunch) Linner (a bit more of a snack between dinner and lunch but closer to dinner) Dinner Evening snack Late night snack Did I miss anything? Den Yes, you missed afternoon tea at 4:30 and sushi at 5 or is it 5:30?

Chitown12562 Posted January 19, 2014 #56 Share Posted January 19, 2014 Being able to eat a large variety of good food tells me I'm on my cruise. Oceanview Cafe not only has a great variety of food, but it tastes great too. I've been on a number of NCL cruises and I do like the quality of the food better on Celebrity ships. Being able to eat in Blu tells me I'm on a Celebrity cruise. I love the exotic choices on the menu like lamb, quail, etc. it's not just that, but the variety of flavors. I love to cook, and while it is not my profession my friends have said that I am a gourmet cook. I made Braised chicken with dates and olives last night. I also do desserts from fresh baked pies to homemade ice cream and crime brûlée. So when I say I love the food in Blu it is with that background. kkid Posted January 20, 2014 #57 Share Posted January 20, 2014 I love rack of lamb, lamb shank, and osso bucho in MDR.. Also think pizza is pretty good. Last cruise on Reflection I also enjoyed various curies at lunch buffet. Also be sure to go to 4 pm Afternoon Tea each in buffet area for hot scones and whip cream. Wait&SeeMom Posted January 21, 2014 #59 Share Posted January 21, 2014 kampinguru's wife here. Can anyone confirm if they have Sushi on the Constellation? If so, my hubby will be very happy. :D If not, does anyone have any strings they can pull to get it set up & running within the next 2 weeks? ;) My best guess would be a pre-appetizer appetizer. You are correct!! Is that a Canadian idiom? I ask because I cannot find it in any dictionary. I believe it is a kampinguruism (a kampinguru idiom). He has a few :o
