Sorry to ask - earliest time for boarding?

I am so excited as we have just booked for our second Seabourn cruise, Athens to Barcelona in April. :D

Last time, we boarded at around 1pm, as instructed. When we arrived at the Collanade, it was absolutely rammed and we only just managed to find two seats! However, it worked out well as we shared a table with two wonderful couples who became our best buddies for the whole trip. :)

But I feel we missed out on a little bit of the whole experience as it was all very full on when we arrived.

Anyway.....what time shall we aim to get there this time?

Many thanks

On our past cruise we had taken the Seabourn package with the hotel and transfer to the ship included. Seabourn had us picked up at 11am and on the ship before 12.00 noon. We were there so early the Colonnade hadn't actually opened
