Rare Lois R Posted February 2, 2014 #2 Share Posted February 2, 2014 Is it possible to book ships tours in advance and pay with OBC? Hi Jenna, nope, it is not. If you have an on board credit? You need to use it "on board":)....if you book in advance? You will need to pay at the time of the booking with a credit card.
Jenna109 Posted February 2, 2014 Author #3 Share Posted February 2, 2014 Thank you for confirming what I thought might be the case. We don't normally book ships tours as they are so expensive but we do have a lot of OBC and a drinks package! However, I am sure I will manage to spend it.:D
TorontoSailor Posted February 2, 2014 #4 Share Posted February 2, 2014 Don't forget that if you have not prepaid gratuities that your OBC can be applied to those, too. Have never had the problem of not being able to spend OBC. Plenty to spend on!
Rare roxievegas Posted February 2, 2014 #5 Share Posted February 2, 2014 I would wait for the gratuities to be paid until you get on board - go to guest relations and ask them to bill you for it. when you check your bill on the tv in your room you will see a daily hit for each person in the room. Then you can go to excursions on the tv and book what excursions you want . You can go to celebrity website before you go on trip and pre pick which ones you think you would like to do. that should use up your obc
Happy2cruise Posted February 2, 2014 #6 Share Posted February 2, 2014 If select dining was chosen, gratuities are added to your booking and paid when final payment is.
