Priority Boarding gone from Docs?

happy cruzin's docs would say "Priority" regardless because he/she is Platinum.

KARTI1955, after you go through security and check-in splits into regular, FTTF, and Platinum/Diamond groups, there should also be a separate priority check-in and waiting area for the Casino Premier guests, or at least there was for the Triumph last month.

If they removed "Priority" from the non-Platinum/Diamond Premier cruisers' docs, my guess is that it was creating confusion that they were entitled to all the FTTF benefits, which they are not. The Premier cruise mailers only say "special boarding and embarkation privileges". On the Triumph last month they boarded Casino Premier guests after wedding parties but before Platinum/Diamond guests. As a Platinum, I didn't think this was quite right, but it didn't impact me since I stayed with the Premier group in order to board sooner anyway.

So long story short, as long as you stay in the Premier waiting area, you should still get priority boarding, just not all the FTTF benefits.

Thanks Dallas Guy,

I emailed my PVP. When I booked, he emailed me the list of perks which he said, included priority, casino and FTTF benefits. The luggage tags I printed out have the FTTF logo.

I am going to be a tad PO'd if this isn't accurate but then again, as long as I am going, that's the most important thing.

K

We are on a B2B on the Breeze in May. This will be cruise 9 & 10 for our daughters. Until today they were shown as Platinum with Priority Tags, they are now Gold. Oh well, they are young, they can earn it! Teri

I'm not sure why it would have ever shown Platinum for their cruise number nine?

I think there was a glitch in the system earlier this year and it wasn't cutting off the old number of cruises to get to Platinum versus number of days. Sound like the got the problem fixed so now they have to get to their 75 days.
