mrsd2fan Posted February 9, 2014 #1 Share Posted February 9, 2014 Besides the Freedom class having the flow rider and probably being a bigger ship..what's the difference between the two classes? Thanks!
bouhunter Posted February 9, 2014 #2 Share Posted February 9, 2014 Café promenade is split in two on the Freedom class - one for pizza and one for sandwiches but not a big difference in food offerings. There are a fair number of small differences like that (kids pool another example) that but you pretty much summed it: Overall freedom class are pretty much just bigger with a flowrider:D
mrsd2fan Posted February 9, 2014 Author #3 Share Posted February 9, 2014 so, the pubs and lounges and restaurants are pretty much the same?
jonbgd Posted February 9, 2014 #4 Share Posted February 9, 2014 Not all Voyager class ships have Chops and Portofinos/Giovannis
papaflamingo Posted February 9, 2014 #5 Share Posted February 9, 2014 Yes, the Pubs and lounges are pretty much the same. Freedom Class has a wider Promenade, a separate kiddie pool, etc. I like it. It's sorta "Voyager on steroids." It is one of my favorite class ships. If you do a Freedom class then go to a Voyager class, you'll notice a difference. Mapleleafforever Posted February 9, 2014 #6 Share Posted February 9, 2014 For us the flowrider was the only real difference. Navigator, Freedom, and Independence all pretty much felt the same.
PSCruiser Posted February 9, 2014 #7 Share Posted February 9, 2014 If you are used to Voyager class, you will feel right at home on Freedom class, in many areas they seem almost identical except for new additions like the overhanging hot tubs, flowrider, etc.
