akswimmom Posted February 9, 2014 #1 Share Posted February 9, 2014 Hi, We are currently booked in a mini for Royal's 10-day Southern Caribbean over Christmas but we are on the waitlist for a suite (#3 on the list). I am wondering how likely it is that we will be able to clear the waitlist. Our other option is changing to the Regal which does have suites available, however we really prefer the Royal's itinerary. Thoughts and insights appreciated. Thanks

Rare Coral Posted February 10, 2014 #3 Share Posted February 10, 2014 I think you will clear also. Though - Princess's wait list system is flawed. A suite may open and you may not be notified. I would definitely check the availability frequently and if you see a suite open, call your TA to get it. BTW - I would not pick an aft suite due to the soot problems. I have read many Royal posts about the soot and plan to stay away from the aft!
