Gratuities on a Junior Suite

Does Royal Carribbean consider a JS a suite or a regular cabin for their automatic deduction tipping policies?

It is the standard $12 per/person per/night. I am in a JS for my next cruise and did pre-paid gratuities due to my time dining. They charged $84/per person for a 7 night cruise.

Along with the double C & A points and overall stateroom / bathroom / closet size, that's another advantage with the JS.
