gelo7 Posted February 17, 2014 #7 Share Posted February 17, 2014 We did last time, but this time we will have all of our meals in the Haven. But, we will enjoy the water slides.
rvsullivan Posted February 17, 2014 #8 Share Posted February 17, 2014 Our experience has been the Haven pool was far from being a "swimming" pool. If we wanted a "real" pool we went to the main one. Dining is dependent on how we feel for that paticular meal. Anywhere on the ship.
SteveH2508 Posted February 17, 2014 #9 Share Posted February 17, 2014 When I toured the Haven I must have missed the stables for the high horses. Could someone enlighten me (a mere steerage prole) as to where they are? :D:rolleyes:

sverigecruiser Posted February 17, 2014 #14 Share Posted February 17, 2014 Do Haven guest ever use the main pools or ever eat in the main dining rooms? No, why should I? The main pools are packed with people and the Haven pool is often empty until I get into it. The food and service is better in the Haven restaurant, I think. If I want something from the main dining room, I can get that in the Haven restaurant too.

sverigecruiser Posted February 17, 2014 #17 Share Posted February 17, 2014 Why limit yourself to one area................explore, mingle and have a great time! People can explore, mingle and have a great time without choosing the packed pool. I defenitely don't limit myself to one area but I should never get into a packed pool when I can find an empty pool. Why eat in the main dining room if the food and service is better somewhere else?

SteveH2508 Posted February 17, 2014 #19 Share Posted February 17, 2014 And you come from Chelsea :p <pedant on> I live in Chelsea - I come from 'Oop North' (Leeds) originally, (though I have lived all my life in London or its suburbs). <pedant off> I don't need a high horse - we have an 8th floor flat with a stunning view!:D:D There was a cracking thread some time back, in a similar vein to this one. Unfortunately it got moderated out of existence...:(

rvsullivan Posted February 17, 2014 #21 Share Posted February 17, 2014 I know a lot of this is joking and a few not so much. But, one of the main reasons many pay that amount of money is to enjoy the "perks". Unlike olden times when you had to be royalty, now anyone can spend the bucks and enjoy the quiet and privacy.
