Blu on a 14 night cruise

We have been on two 14day cruises and one 12 day in the last two years. The menus didn't repeat and in fact changed slightly. The Eclipse menu was different to the Solstice. The differences were only tiny eg a lovely ginger basket desert was served on the Eclipse but not the Solstice and a salmon and prawn skewered with lemongrass entree again was missing. The Reflection cruise had a similar menu but it wasn't exactly the same either. Perhaps the chef on board is allowed to change the odd item. We are on the Eclipse again this summer and will be interested to see if the menu is identical to 2012.

Someone more in the know may know why this is.
