happymom88 Posted March 6, 2014 #1 Share Posted March 6, 2014 Does this seem like a good upgrade or should we try to keep our original cabin?
FritzG Posted March 6, 2014 #2 Share Posted March 6, 2014 I'd say it's an upgrade. Mid ship Baja deck is a great place to be.
Colo Cruiser Posted March 6, 2014 #3 Share Posted March 6, 2014 Does this seem like a good upgrade or should we try to keep our original cabin? Being midship is OK, wouldn't matter either way for us.
rgmacm Posted March 6, 2014 #4 Share Posted March 6, 2014 Midship is better than Forward for motion/movement. Also going 'deeper' into the ship means less movement as well. It's good imho. :)
dorisis Posted March 6, 2014 #5 Share Posted March 6, 2014 I would be happy with that upgrade.
DanaPointBob Posted March 6, 2014 #6 Share Posted March 6, 2014 I actually would keep the foreward A-Deck cabin. You would be very close to the grill making it quite easy to get food back to your cabin while still warm.
cnd crsr Posted March 6, 2014 #7 Share Posted March 6, 2014 It is a good upgrade, you should have a smoother sail. Enjoy your cruise:)
Eagle_and_hawk Posted March 6, 2014 #8 Share Posted March 6, 2014 I would be back after the original room. Being in the front & higher up, we get to enjoy the motion of the ocean more. It's good for us too, as the cheaper rooms are usually up there. David
coloradocruisers101 Posted March 6, 2014 #9 Share Posted March 6, 2014 We have cruised on the Sapphire twice. Both times we booked B435, which your upgrade is next two. We request "no upgrade" as we prefer this room. It's like coming home. On other ships, we have booked the same location. Have fun!
DrivesLikeMario Posted March 6, 2014 #10 Share Posted March 6, 2014 Your upgrade is better than what you had because it's a little lower and more midship, which is considered a more ideal place to be for less ship movement. Personally, I'd go for the Caribe Deck. I don't like the fully covered balconies on Aloha and Baja but I'm sure there are a lot of people that do.
