Princes Sapphire - Horizon Buffet

Hi. The Horizon Buffet basically has food set ups on both the port side and starboard side to help minimize crowd congestion. Is the food selection the same on both sides or does each side offer different choices?

The same on both sides, but both sides are not always open at the same time.

Hi. The Horizon Buffet basically has food set ups on both the port side and starboard side to help minimize crowd congestion. Is the food selection the same on both sides or does each side offer different choices?

On the Sapphire Princess, the food is usually the same on both sides. The only time it's different is when the buffet is transitioning from breakfast to lunch, lunch to afternoon snack, and then to dinner. One side will close up at a time while it's transitioning but the other side will be open. The buffet itself doesn't close from 5:30am-late at night, I believe 11:30pm on the Sapphire.
