stahlee Posted March 17, 2014 #1 Share Posted March 17, 2014 I'm not sure if this was posted here yet as I couldn't find it in the search, but WaveLoch sold the FlowRider Sheet-Wave technology to WhiteWater West Industries so they could focus on their SurfPools. I hope this doesn't change anything on the ships. http://www.waveloch.com/news/wave-loch-turns-their-attention-surf-pools-after-selling-their-world-leading-flowrider-sheet

stahlee Posted March 17, 2014 Author #3 Share Posted March 17, 2014 Why should it change anything on the ships? Never know what contractual agreements are made between the two companies.
Paulette3028 Posted March 17, 2014 #4 Share Posted March 17, 2014 Never know what contractual agreements are made between the two companies. And Royal has a contract with them to keep their product, the Flowrider, on their ships; Royal has probably been very instrumental in helping them with the 'branding' of the product overall. Rare A&L_Ont Posted March 17, 2014 #5 Share Posted March 17, 2014 Very interesting article. Sounds like the procedes from the sale will be used for development of his new surfing pool. Perhaps, with Canadian ownership the "sheet wave" product might be more enconimical for Canadaians to purchase.:D I doubt it, but one can dream.
