Will prices drop after kids sail free?

We couldn't book a cruise early due to scheduling difficulties. The cruise we would like to book is past final payment, however it is still very high compared to others. It does look to be pretty full so... Will they wait on that last minute price drop until after the sale? All of you with crystal balls..or past experience, please chip in. We are new to RCI and not sure how they normally work. I imagine we should look at alternatives for the one week we have available..dang.

if it didn't drop after FP, it probably won't after the sale ends.

Sent the crystal ball out for polishing but if the ship is indeed "pretty full" my guess is the prices won't be dropping much.

We got a huge drop 1 month after final payment, 2 months before sail date. Does anyone know when this sale will end? I'm looking at one for next year that is more than double what we paid this year. Prices are way up.

RCCL web site says the "kids" sale ends 3/31. As to price drops, there does not seem to be a distinct pattern: we just watch.

Thanks everyone, pretty much what I expected.. No way to tell. I will keep checking and hoping that after the sale if rooms are available there will be some movement on prices - and by that I mean down not up :-)
