M114 obstructed?

The balcony of M110 has a metal bulkhead instead of a glass panel on its balcony. That is the 'obstruction' being referred to if someone clicks on that rooms description.

M114 is not obstructed my sister was just in this room and i was in M110 the reason they say its obstructed is cause it is by the bridge that is what we were told. I can tell you it is the second to last room it is a long walk to the elevators.
