San Francisco hotel/pier question

Hello everyone...we will be taking the 'Golden Gate' cruise on Celebrity a year from September. I have stayed at the Radisson on Fisherman's Wharf before and found hotel location to be walkable to many things. I wondered how it is situated with the cruise port that Celebrity uses. Also walkable? Will be need transport to the pier? Thanks in advance. Julie

"Walkable "will depend on your mobility with luggage. A little reading on the board would show the cruise ships are at Pier 35 until around Sept 1, then the new Terminal at Pier 27 after that. From your hotel (about equal to Pier 43 or 45), it is a flat walk. So, if you are mobile with luggage, you can walk it in less than 30 minutes.
