On board credit help!

I know this may be a dumb question, but I can not figure it out. It's probably right in front of my face. How do I add obc to my account online?? Both royal and our TA told us we have to do it online.

I could be wrong, but I don't think RCCL allows you to purchase OBC ahead of time. I tried to do it for my upcoming sailing, and when I called, the rep said that they don't offer that anymore. It sounded odd to me, so I went online and tried to figure it out, but I couldn't find anything about it, so I'm guessing the rep was correct.

You can't buy it on line, you need to call them. I just did it, I think I called the gifts and gear number...

 

As usual, when you get an answer, call back and get the correct one...:p

I just put $$$ into my OBC with RCCL 3 weeks ago. Phoned my TA, gave him the amount and it was done. Never heard of a CL that wouldn't take your money. Lol.

Like the others have said just give them a call and ask for Gifts and Gear

If you want to do it online you have to buy a gift certificate...

https://www.royalcaribbeancertificates.com/ I believe it will be emailed to you...then you can go back online & redeem it for OBC...but as other's have said..it's faster to just call Gifts & Gear...
