Mestre hotel to cruise port

We arrive the night before our cruise and are considering staying the night at the in Mestre. Question ... if we take a taxi the next morning to our ship, can the taxi take us directly to the cruise terminal or will it be required to drop us at Piazza Roma?

Our taxi dropped us at the cruise terminal. :)

It can go right to the cruise port...very easy....we stayed in Mestre last year post cruise...it is about 15 minutes or so...you would be best just to take a taxi...the bus would be cheaper but it would take you to Piazelle Roma

For two people and four pieces of luggage it cost us about €35,00 last October.
