What outside areas of Freedom of the seas can I smoke at?

I really want another cruise on Freedom, but my husband is a smoker. ( I know-yuck but it is what it is) I know he can't smoke on the balcony or in the Olive & Twist anymore, but where can he smoke?? Is it still allowed at the Sky Bar & Deck 5, outside near the dining area? This affects his enjoyment which affects mine.

He can still smoke in the Casino and the Connoisseur Club on deck 5 forward. Also, one side of the deck 4 outside promenade. Regarding the pool area, at one time Freedom limited outside smoking to one side of deck 12, and had no smoking on deck 11. Not sure if that's still the case.

The sky bar - Yes

They still allow smoking on one side of pool deck area; it's easy to find; as you walk around the pool area you will see smoke signals coming from that area. :)

Not any longer. Deck 12 Yes. Deck 11 No.
