Can the Concierge make new/extra keys?

I have seen a couple of posts previously where the Concierge has printed a new pass for people, in varying circumstances.

 

I guess if they can't do it themselves, like leisuretraveler223 said, I am sure they will arrange it for you.

Concierge did it for me on Adventure when one became accidentally demagnetized. Did not have to go to Guest Services, she did it in the Concierge Lounge at her desk.

 

Have had them made for us right there in the concierge lounge.

 

As others have stated - he absolutely can - did it on Explorer
