Can the Concierge make new/extra keys?

Can the Concierge make new keys/ extra keys at their desk or do you have to go to Guest Services.

HOWEVER, the concierge will be happy to go down there and do it for you. He did it on Liberty for me in January. Much faster, as he can pop behind the counter and do it, rather than having to wait in line.

Concierge did it for me on Adventure when one became accidentally demagnetized. Did not have to go to Guest Services, she did it in the Concierge Lounge at her desk.

I have seen a couple of posts previously where the Concierge has printed a new pass for people, in varying circumstances.

 

I guess if they can't do it themselves, like leisuretraveler223 said, I am sure they will arrange it for you.

Concierge has made them for me in the Concierge Lounge. If you do not have access to the CL, then go to Guest Services.

+another who had problematic sea pass cards done in the CL. This was the Explorer a month and a half ago.

The concierge CAN make the cards in the CL. I had it done in February on the Vision and just recently on the Independence. I demagnetize a lot!!
