Princess rep offered Golden drink package

I just got off the phone with a Princess rep with some questions on our Golden sailing that leaves day after tomorrow. At the end of the call they asked if I was familiar with the new all-inclusive drink package, and encouraged me to purchase it on board. I said I was surprised to be offered the package since the website clearly says it is not available on the Golden, and several cruisers here have reported it is not available. The rep assured me it is in fact available and they are selling them in advance just like the coke cards etc. I guess we will see in 2 days! We probably won't purchase the package, but I wanted to pass along the info.

It wasn't offered on the April sailing to the South Pacific.

Let us know if you purchased it once you get back from your trip and whether you thought it was worth it or not.

If it was available on the Golden you can only buy it onboard anyway.

So you may have to wait to get an accurate answer.

Its frustrating that one cannot get accurate answers from Princess. :rolleyes:
