Pier construction at Cape Liberty

From Explorer yesterday....seems that the garage will be where the yellow area is and the terminal closest to the ship.

 

For the record, there is no construction near the Teardrop memorial, so that's all fine.

So basically all the parking that was next to the terminal is a construction zone. Not a big surprise. Wonder where they put the handicapped parking.

when I sailed her on May 3, the handicapped parking was in the main parking lot, but they put us right up against the fence. Still meant a long walk, though.
