Liberty...stay on the ship in Ocho Rios?

I'll be sailing on Liberty in March with my 20 year old daughter who will be on spring break. Is there anything safe for a mother and daughter to do that doesn't include a trip to Dunn's River Falls? Been there, done that!

 

I'd be fine with a Margaritaville type place.

Try posting on the Jamaica board. But I would think any organized excursion would be safe for anyone.

There us a Margaritaville about 3-4 blocks from the exit from the pier. We have walked it with no problem. However, if you have only done Dunn's River, there are lots of other excursions that are available, either ship or private. We have done several out of Ocho in past years and enjoyed them all. I highly recommend Peet Taylor's tours.

They used to bus/van people up to Blue Mountain and put you on bicycles to come down (and stop for real Blue Mountain coffee from a local grower/roaster)

 

Buy some rum cream, since you can't get it in the states and Cruzan stopped making it.
