Lisbon to sintra

Recommended Posts

Its actually very easy. You must first make your way to the main Rossio Train station (you can use the Tram, metro, or even walk if you like log walks) where there is a train to Sintra every 15 min during workdays and every 30 min on weekends. I think a ticket costs about 4 Euros,

Hi does anyone know how easy it is to make your own way to sintra via bus or train from lisbon port?

Yes, very easy and inexpensive to take a train from Lisbon to Sintra, and getting to the metro station from the port is easy (then take the Metro to the Rossio or Restauradores metro station, which is connected to the Rossio train station).

We did a tour from Lisbon to Sintra years ago during a land trip. It is very easy and lovely. We saw a bit more of Portugal than just the Lisbon. We enjoyed it.

How many hours is your port stay?
