Need Advice on When to Change Cabin to Sky Suite

All you expert Celebrity cruisers can you help? We are book in a standard balcony cabin on deck 6 now and want to change our cabin to a sky suite...when is the best time to make the change re: pricing? We sail on Nov 29, 2014 on the Summit. We have done this with other cruise lines and found the best is after payment is due to changes in prices.

I think it all depends on how well a particular cruise is selling. There a website that tracks pricing and for a dollar you can track your cruise and get notifications when the price changes.

There may or may not be sky suites available after final payment.

If you change now, you will pay to upgrade, but you will know that you have the room you want. Keep watching the price and if, before final payment, it should go down, you should be able to get the lower price. After final payment no. But if you wait until after final payment to make the change, as noted, you might that all of the suites are sold out.

Okay, took your advice and upgraded now and since I started looking yesterday, it looks like many of the suites have been sold. Thanks for your help.
