Breakaway - how soon until receive luggage

Wifey was wondering how soon after we board can we expect to receive our luggage to our rooms?

 

We want to hit Cagneys around 7pm and are concerned that our dinner attire in our cases would not arrive in time ...

You should be fine but occasionally it can take until 7:00 until it shows up.

You can bring your bags on board and drop them off right after embarkation. To answer your question though, our bags were delivered by 4pm. I didnt know about dropping bags until after I handed them to the porter.

We received all our bags last year before five. They came up one by one - which was good for unpacking. Just as I finished one bag another was delivered.

I was shocked by how quickly our bags came. And that they were delivered by our steward.

We've received them about 5 and as late as 8. First night you can dine in almost anything. They know not everyone receives their luggage early.

And almost always one piece of luggage at a time!

In February, we got ours not long after muster. I'm sure we had all the bags by 6pm. I wouldn't count on stuff like that -- the minute you DO, then I'm sure that's the bag that gets delivered at 9pm! :)
