Can anyone tell me where will i find a copy of our discount coupons. I know they are put on your set sail pass automatically but how do i know what they are? Sorry if i sound stupid asking this. sailing 22nd July sos.

On the back of your Welcome Aboard Letter will be the list of what has been loaded onto your card.

 

Just an FYI, but I compiled the list from C&A letters that were distributed on our recent cruise on Rhapsody. There may be a few additions depending on what ship you are cruising on.

I don't recall getting any casino match play since they started loading coupons onto seapass. Not even sure how you could redeem anyway

You can also ask for a printout of them at the Guest Relations Desk; that's what we did. :)

Also any bar will print a list of remaining coupons upon request.

One thing to remember is that sometimes the discounts are applied automatically and sometimes you have to ask for them. I think the reason is that some discounts you might want to save for later, e.g, instead of taking the 2 for one drink on a $5 beer by the pool, you might want to use it at dinner on a $15 glass of wine

Just sailed Oasis 6/21-6/28/14 Western Caribbean.

 

The discounts are not applied automatically. You must ask for them, but they are on your Sea Pass. You get a welcome letter in your stateroom showing what you are entitled to receive.

 

We were not able to use the 10% Spa discount on the "Couples Thermal Spa" $250 package. The Spa Manager said it is not considered a spa service and did not qualify, although they charge an 18% ($45) service charge on top of the $250.

 

We did not get the 10% discount at Pets at Sea.

 

We ordered 2 sodas and 2 beers and one bar and the bartender applied it to the sodas and could not reverse it.

Overall it is slightly complicated to use the discounts.
