What deck would that be ?

What deck would that be ? Caribe. All grand class ships will be the same in that regard so: Grand, Star, Golden, Carribbean, Crown, Ruby, Emerald, Sapphire and Diamond. Rare TracieABD Posted June 30, 2014 #5 Share Posted June 30, 2014 The Caribe Deck. The balconies are longer, because they sit over the mini-suites. This adds square footage to the verandah. They are half covered and half uncovered, offering the best of both worlds. I love the C-Deck balconies best.

nanlaur Posted June 30, 2014 #7 Share Posted June 30, 2014 We were on the Emerald in a Caribe balcony cabin a few months ago. It was great!
f-mattox Posted June 30, 2014 #8 Share Posted June 30, 2014 (edited) Sapphire and Diamond have a different deck layout. Yes, there are some differences in the deckplans; but the Caribe Deck configurations are the same on all. Edited June 30, 2014 by f-mattox
traveling1969 Posted July 1, 2014 #9 Share Posted July 1, 2014 The cruise line has glommed on to the fact that the Caribe deck balconies are preferred and now they are priced accordingly.:(

Rare TracieABD Posted July 1, 2014 #11 Share Posted July 1, 2014 Yep... and it is known that they monitor the cruise boards. We talk about the Caribe balconies as being prime. Now, they are priced as "premium balconies". Hmmm...
