Allure Western Carribean - few questions

HI, we will be traveling on the Allure for the first time in October. We have a few questions:

 

what nights are the formal nights?

what night is lobster night?

does anybody have the compasses for the Western Carribean route?

 

We are "planners" , so any information will be greatly appreciated

Formal nights should be day 2 and 5 with the lobster (Fisherman's Platter) served on the second formal night.
