taymiss2 Posted July 11, 2014 #1 Share Posted July 11, 2014 I have been in a ncl mini suite. Trying to figure out if how the ocean suite compares to grand suite on carnival. I know the difference between mini and true suite on ncl but not much about carnival. It looks like a carnivAl cruise is in my future even though I prefer ncl. Anyone who has cruised both? When I searched carnival board nothing much came up.
CruiseReg Posted July 11, 2014 #2 Share Posted July 11, 2014 If you can, post the cabin categories and ships if you want the most accurate comparison. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk
garycarla Posted July 11, 2014 #3 Share Posted July 11, 2014 I just googled OCEAN SUITE CARNIVAL and GRAND SUITE CARNIVAL. I see they are real suites - or at least much larger rooms with more furniture. I can not speak to what perks they get, etc. A mini suite on NCL is really a deluxe balcony, as discussed on another thread from last night and this morning. It is not a suite and there are no additonal perks.
Rare mizLORInj Posted July 11, 2014 #4 Share Posted July 11, 2014 (edited) I have been in a ncl mini suite. Trying to figure out if how the ocean suite compares to grand suite on carnival. Both are much larger than a mini suite on NCL. Edited July 11, 2014 by mizlorinj
taymiss2 Posted July 11, 2014 Author #5 Share Posted July 11, 2014 I will Google the videos. I thought it looked bigger than mini suite but wasn't sure.
Sauer-kraut Posted July 11, 2014 #6 Share Posted July 11, 2014 Carnival doesn't offer any perks for their suites other than the extra space.
