Confused about airport pick-up/drop off times...

Hello!

 

This may just be another Celebrity Website issue...but...my online reservation says:

 

Istanbul Airport Pick-up 4 pm [my flight arrives at 9:25 am]

 

Istanbul Airport Drop-off: 12 pm [my flight departs at 1:05 pm]

 

They have my airline reservation arrival times and departure times...can someone explain?

 

When I called Celebrity the agent said "Where are you seeing this?" I said "On YOUR website in MY reservation"...

 

Any gurus have a handle on this one?

If you booked with a travel agent have him or her look in their records. Celebrity's system often has different information available to agents tat is more reliable than when is on the passenger site

I would cancel the transfer and just take a taxi.

I had the same concern. When I made an inquiry, I was told that on the arrival date the time was the last bus to the ship. On the departure date the time was the last bus from the ship to the airport.

 

However, when you arrive at the airport on the arrival date you will go immediately to the bus and will be transferred as soon as possible.

 

On the departure you will be given priority depending upon your actual flight time.
