Cozumel excursions from the Allure

My suggestion for the Allure and any other ship visiting Coz is to skip the ship tours and go on your own UNLESS you are going to the mainland to see the Mayan ruins (Tulum, Coba, etc.).

Coz is very tourist friendly and easy to navigate. As an island most of the activities focus on the water (snorkel, scuba, fishing, etc.) and beaches.

What are you interested in?

I will also be on Allure in Cozumel at the end of August and when my Husband and I will be taking the ship's excursion to Xplor! You should definitely check it out if you like to zip line and swim in caves... Lots of activities!

how long was the trip? Do they have a guarantee that you will be returned to the ship on time?

The trip is a long, hot day involving a trip to the ferry terminal, a 45 or so minute (sometimes rough ) ferry ride, a bus to Tulum, usually some beach time, and then the reverse trip back to the ship. If you book through the ship you will be back on time or the ship will wait for you.
