Connecticut Traveler Posted August 6, 2014 #1 Share Posted August 6, 2014 In looking at Cruise Critic and Trip Advisor, a local guide, Roy Flowers, seems to be highly recommended. We are on the Carnival Splendor, departing September 1, and I am considering booking with Roy. Have any of you used Roy recently and what is your comment on his capability to give us the best in Saint John?
Nitemare Posted August 6, 2014 #2 Share Posted August 6, 2014 Welcome to Cruise Critic! There's a Canada board under "Ports of Call" here at Cruisecritic.com that is where you'll find and share info about your tour guide.
dorisis Posted August 7, 2014 #3 Share Posted August 7, 2014 i don't know about the guide you mentioned but I will say that St. John's was one of the friendliest ports we have ever been to. Do stop and visit with the locals.

Connecticut Traveler Posted August 10, 2014 Author #6 Share Posted August 10, 2014 Saint John, New Brunswick is the port I was inquiring about, as it is the port on the Carnival Splendor schedule. Thank you LHT28 and toberman for the clarification.
