There are hand towels as well as small rag towels and spray for wiping down the equipment post workout. The shower rooms also have nice, white, fluffy towels for showering if so desired.

So, there are lockers in the gym, so you can shower and change clothes ?.do you bring a lock ?

They are free. You leave your sail and sign card with the spa desk and they give you a key.

Ya know, I never really looked if the lockers have keys, integrated locks, or if people brought their own locks. But yes, there are lockers and showers.

If you're in a pinch getting ready for dinner and there isn't enough shower time for you and your cabin mate, sometimes I'll run up there and use those showers in order to speed up our "getting ready" process. Depends on your location on the ship, but it's saved me a lengthly wait in the cabin a few times! :p
