Hi been to St Lucia on hols and seen a lot of the attractions so dont really want to do a trip is there anything close to the port just want to have a look around shops ect x :)

Not much in the port area. There is the duty free shopping right in the port area, and across the road is the Castries Craft & Food Market which is worth a look, amazing array of spices, fruits & veggies, meat market, local eats and drinks, and local crafts and souvenirs. Otherwise, Castries is very much a working city, there is little to nothing tourist oriented, and it's not really a pleasant area to walk around (let's put it this way - even I don't go to Castries unless I have no choice such as gov't offices or business appointment!). Much lovelier areas around the island.

You could head up to Rodney Bay, with a variety of restaurants and bars, 2 shopping malls, beach, etc to explore and enjoy instead of Castries.

Enjoy your visit.
