Be sure not to spend too much time behind the lens, and more specifically, behind the screen of an iPhone. Pictures are great, yes, but choose your shots carefully, snap, then put things away and immerse yourself in the moment.

Wonderful advice. We often find ourselves trying to capture the moment and not living in it.
