Do I really need to print of all 11 pages of this for each person (good grief)..

No. In fact the only time my first page was ever checked was for determining if we were to be in the Neptune Suite check-in line or not.

In most cases, you only need to print out the first page but if you have made Hotel arrangement thru Hal, etc., or you have one of their programs like Explore 4, you need to find that page and print it out too. Always nice to have proof of purchases.

Most of the time even that first page is not needed. We have been asked for it twice at the main gate of Port Everglades, once to get into a terminal there, and once at the check-in desk in Venice.

In FLL we have been asked (on occasion) for our 1st page to prove we have a cruise booked before security will let us into the port. My advice, take the first page with you.

First page (boarding pass) and passport every time for us in Port Everglades (in a cab or a shuttle). I only ever print one full set of docs - and sometimes not even one.

Most of the time I print out all of them, if you are on a B2B, just print out your express docks.
