Rare Crew News Posted August 16, 2014 #2 Share Posted August 16, 2014 (edited) Do I really need to print of all 11 pages of this for each person (good grief).. No. In fact the only time my first page was ever checked was for determining if we were to be in the Neptune Suite check-in line or not. AlohaPride Posted August 16, 2014 #3 Share Posted August 16, 2014 I print an entire set for one, and then just the first page for everyone else.
PathfinderEss Posted August 16, 2014 #4 Share Posted August 16, 2014 In most cases, you only need to print out the first page but if you have made Hotel arrangement thru Hal, etc., or you have one of their programs like Explore 4, you need to find that page and print it out too. Always nice to have proof of purchases.
jtl513 Posted August 16, 2014 #5 Share Posted August 16, 2014 Most of the time even that first page is not needed. We have been asked for it twice at the main gate of Port Everglades, once to get into a terminal there, and once at the check-in desk in Venice. Fouremco Posted August 16, 2014 #6 Share Posted August 16, 2014 I keep a copy of the full document on my iPhone and print the first page as we have been asked for it in the past.

fm6175 Posted August 16, 2014 #8 Share Posted August 16, 2014 Unless you are in a suite and want express checkin , then you need to show first page to get in that line. Sent using the Cruise Critic forums app
Linda&Vern Posted August 17, 2014 #9 Share Posted August 17, 2014 (edited) In FLL we have been asked (on occasion) for our 1st page to prove we have a cruise booked before security will let us into the port. My advice, take the first page with you. Edited August 17, 2014 by Linda&Vern
Krazy Kruizers Posted August 17, 2014 #10 Share Posted August 17, 2014 I only print the first page for each of us -- Boarding Pass -- which we have had to show when we entered the pier terminal. No need to print the rest of pages.
serendipity1499 Posted August 17, 2014 #11 Share Posted August 17, 2014 I only print the first page for both of us & many times the Check-in counter agent doesn't even ask for it.. Only had the port police ask once or twice when got to the main gate with a rented car.. Enjoy your cruise!

I only ever print one full set of docs - and sometimes not even one. Edited August 17, 2014 by Lizzie68
Typhoon1 Posted August 17, 2014 #13 Share Posted August 17, 2014 Most of it is useless. Print the boarding pass should the HAL computers go down. Once they scan your passport, you're good to go. Even the luggage tags can be obtained from the porters at the dock.
jammen Posted August 19, 2014 #14 Share Posted August 19, 2014 No. In fact the only time my first page was ever checked was for determining if we were to be in the Neptune Suite check-in line or not. Most of the time I print out all of them, if you are on a B2B, just print out your express docks.
