Hi everyone

 

This is my first post. I am new to cruising and have booked our first cruise for July next year from Venice. Can you buy drinks when you are a shore and take them onboard?

No open or individual drinks would be allowed to be brought on board. Sealed alcohol beverage bottles purchased at ports of call can be brought on board but would be held by the ship for the duration of the cruise.

Depends on the cruise line. Most premium lines would allow unopened bottles to be brought onboard for consumption in your cabin.
