In the dining room at dinner they have a yummy fettuccini alfredo available nightly, served in a bowl made of parmesan cheese. OR you can get a half-order as an appetizer (in a regular bowl for those). One of our favorites!

I agree! Another "not-to-miss" one for me is the cold Pina Colada soup!

We always eat at least once in the Crown Grill. Love their steaks. No all of the ships have the Crab Shack. As for as I know it is only on the Royal and Regal (could be wrong on that but it is the only ones we have found it on). It is open on selected days.

We were on the CB out of Houston twice last season and they had Crab Shack on one night.

We will be cruising on the Emerald out of the port Houston this Thanksgiving. This will be our first time on Princess, since booking this cruise we have now found out about the Crab Shack and the pub lunch( big plus as we are foodies) are there any other foods not to miss? we will be doing the Italian place and the steak place. Anyone have any favorites in the MDR?

 

My favorite dessert in the MDR is the flourless chocolate cake(it seems to be served only on the first night)

I haven't cruised since November 2013 out of Houston on Princess,but it was offered then.

Hope its is on my December cruise!

I have not tried the Crab Shack-is there a charge for that?

I enjoy the pub lunch.
